Socially Motivated Wellness (SOMO)

Socially Motivated Wellness is the place to transform your life while having fun and making friends! Are you ready to do something for your health and wellness? We provide running and walking training programs designed to help you get started or to reach your wellness goals. Our programs are unique and successful because we do all training in groups, you never run or walk alone. The group is what motivates, encourages, supports and helps you to reach your goal. We also use an interval method of training developed by Jeff Galloway, former Olympian.
